We can try and experience many different spiritual practices but it is only when we commit to one that we can benefit from it.
The 5R closed group is an opportunity to emerge deeper into what each of what the five rhythms has to offer you. It is different than an open class, as every member of the group is making a choice to take their practice to new levels, committing to show up however they feel; willing to dance deeply, playfully and seriously, seeking to expand their ability to be spontaneous, honest, responsible and truthful.
You will be dancing with a consistent group of students for over 8 weeks and will have the opportunity for more individual attention!
Each closed group has been unique, as we will respond to the needs of the group. Together we create a place where we can try things out. We dance lots and also use words and other means of expression to explore and share about ourselves.
You need to book in advance.
The group size is limited and to people who have a genuine interest in the 5 rhythms and want to dive deeper into the work. The price is $160. Your place will be reserved after your deposit of $50 is received. Full payment must be completed one week before we start.
